Yukon

Yukon – Male – Tabby – Brown with white nose.   New name:  Newt

These little fellows, (Yukon, Danube and Amur – all boys) we called The Rivers are in foster care and all are cute, cuddly and playful.

Yukon is very sweet and affectionate, he loves to be held and instantly purrs when he sees his humans.  When he is ready for a nap, he loves to settle into a soft blanket to snuggle. When his bigger brothers wrestle he is quite happy to sit back and watch, but is very happy to chase after them in search for the next adventure. He loves the cat tree and was the first to climb all the way to the top, and first to master the stairs.  When he is unsure of something he taps it multiple times to make sure it’s not alive.

October 21, 2018 update:    Thought I’d update you on the past few days, since bringing Yukon home. He is now known as Newt, and he immediately made himself at home. Instead of playing with the cat post and toys I got him, he really likes to sit on my chest and play with my necklace!
