Benny was adopted through ICAN a few years ago, and has just been regretfully surrendered by his family due to family changes.   He is a very affectionate boy with a ton of self confidence.    He was loved by his family, so is used to people and being part of a loving family.    We hope to find him a new forever home very quickly.
