Well this little feral kitten came into ICAN care on Sept 30, 2018 and was a girl from what we could determine, so we named him Faira.

The closer we were able to get, the more apparent it became we needed a name change.    It took a while to get Fairis stabilized – he was in desperate condition at intake and these past weeks in ICAN foster care have brought him around to being in good health.

Fairis has now been moved to a different ICAN foster home, awaiting his neuter, and to work on his socialization skils.   He is going to be the sweetest cat in the world when he warms up to others.  He just needs some time now to learn to trust humans and get used to a family home environment.

Fairis should be ready for option towards the end of November 2018.   ICAN will accept adoption applications after November 1, 2018, pending Fairis’s readiness for placement.
